MObCon – Mobility and Conditioning

MObConMObCon is Performance Fitness’s premier, high-intensity small group fitness class.

We start with a dynamic stretching routine to prepare you to move.

We follow with a high intensity workout to condition and strengthen your inner athlete.

We finish with a restorative stretching and deep tissue program to prevent injury and rehabilitate your body.

MObCon is a potent combination designed to show you results and keep you feeling great and having fun!  We based the class loosely around the CrossFit philosophy, but designed it to avoid or eliminate the injuries and chronic aches commonly experienced with those workouts.

MObCon uses a series of workouts, repeated at regular intervals, to show you results, and dedicates large portions of the class time to ensuring your function and safety are never compromised during the high intensity portion of the class.

Monday: 6:30am & 5:30pm

Wednesday: 6:30am & 5:30pm
