I Eat, I Train, I Live

I Eat, I Train, I Live

It’s on the wall.  It’s on the t-shirts.  But what do we really mean when we say, “I Eat, I Train, I Live”?

I Eat. You eat.  We all eat.  And it’s listed first, because it’s the most important thing we do.  Making the right decision about your nutrition will make a bigger difference in how you feel, how you look, and how you function than anything else you can do.  A diet is not what you do; it’s what you eat.  It’s part of your lifestyle.  So make sure that your diet reflects the lifestyle you want to lead.  Need help?  We can do that.

I Train. Use it or lose it.  The human body is an amazing system capable of amazing things.  So capable that it deteriorates if it isn’t challenged.  Your body craves movement, resistance, and challenge.  So do that.  Train.  Train for something.  Train for someone.  Train for yourself.  Train function. Train strength.  Train mobility.  Train endurance.  Train your body to function better than it does.  Train it to function as well as it can.  Need guidance?  We can do that.

I Live. There is a lot more to life than the gym.  There are trails to hike.  There are paths to ride.  There are games to play, people to play them with, and life to live.  Do that.  Get out and enjoy what this world has to offer.  Make sure that your body is prepared for everything the world can throw at it.  Live your life, unencumbered, without limits, and at full speed.  Enjoy what life has to offer.  Not sure how?  Join us.
