Better Than Ever…

There are so many ways to improve your health and fitness, and so many things that factor in, that we often lose sight of the big picture. Let’s take a step back and look at it right now:

  • Nutrition – not often forgotten, but sometimes misunderstood, nutrition plays a bigger role in your health and wellness than even your time in exercise. Lot’s of fiber, not much sugar. Lean proteins. Watch saturated fats. More vegetables. If you are unsure of where your nutrition is at, please contact one of our trainers for a full Nutritional Analysis!
  • Mental Attitude – making a change for the positive in your body starts in the mind! Setting achievable goals, based on results and performance both, and marking your progress towards them is great for self confidence and mental attitude. Moving away from negative self-image and defeating thoughts is not a process that happens overnight, but through determination and strong desire…much the same as changing your body!   • Motivation – This is often the hardest part of the whole process! the trick is to be able to find motivation in the simple, everyday things. Many people find it in their family, their children, or even their dog. Motivation can be found at the doctor’s office, or at the gym. Some people find it inside themselves, or in the mirror. Wherever you find your motivation, make it a positive influence on your life, and grasp it tightly. Sometimes it will be the only thing that you have to hold on to.
